What actually decides your file.
Reserves are structural
Forex chargeback exposure is structural. Even with clean operations, reserves typically run 7 to 15% for CySEC-licensed brokers. The file determines where in that band you land.
The regulator is the signal
CySEC and FCA open tier-one acquirers at 0.5 to 2% IC++ markup. Seychelles, SVG and Vanuatu narrow the pool to offshore specialists at 2.5 to 5%.
Acquirers read your client book
Offshore-flagging retail clients to higher-leverage entities is detected in underwriting and priced accordingly. We position the structure honestly, to the right partner.
How your licence plays with acquirers.
How broker licences play with acquirers, from our licence catalogue.
| Licence | Acquirer acceptance | The short version |
|---|---|---|
| CySEC (Cyprus), FCA (UK) | Broad | The standard European profiles. Tier-one acquirers underwrite routinely at competitive IC++ pricing. |
| ASIC (Australia), MAS (Singapore) | Moderate | Highly regarded in APAC, with tier-one regional acquirer access. |
| FSC Mauritius | Moderate | Credible offshore alternative. EU acquirers underwrite with somewhat tighter terms than CySEC. |
| Seychelles FSA, SVG, Vanuatu | Narrow | Specialist offshore acquirers only. SVG in particular is increasingly treated as unregulated for forex. |
The BZNpay playbook for forex and cfds.
01
Deposit-flow framing
Deposits, withdrawals and client-money segregation documented so the underwriter sees a brokerage, not a black box.
02
Multi-entity structures
EU entity plus offshore entity is common. We match each entity to acquirers whose appetite covers it, rather than forcing one MID to do everything.
03
Dispute defense
Trading-loss disputes are defensible with the right evidence trail. We help you build it before the first chargeback, not after.
What partners typically ask forex and cfds merchants for.
- Regulator licence (CySEC, FCA, ASIC or equivalent)
- Client-money segregation arrangements
- UBO declarations
- Dispute and refund record
- Entity structure overview
Send what you have; we tell you plainly what is missing. KYB documents are requested after qualification, through a secure channel, and underwriting decisions rest with the acquiring partner.

Do you place offshore-licensed brokers?
Yes, with specialist acquirers whose policies cover the licence. Expect a narrower pool and defensive pricing: typically 2.5 to 5% IC++ markup with reserves of 12 to 20% for Seychelles-tier licences. An SVG registration alone is increasingly treated as unregulated.
What should a CySEC broker expect to pay?
From our licence catalogue: 0.5 to 2% IC++ markup is typical, with reserves of 7 to 15% reflecting the structural dispute exposure of the vertical. Final terms are set by the acquirer.
Do you work with prop firms?
Yes. Prop firms are placed case by case on the strength of licensing, financials and chargeback history, like every other file.
